Bedrooms:
- There are 2 bedrooms in this bungalow - one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
- The upper floor is a suite-style bedroom with a queen bed, and large french windows opening up to a gorgeous view of the lake and sunrise. It has an en suite modern bathroom.
- The ground-level bedroom is a compact room with AC, a double bed, wardrobe, lake view, and a bathroom just outside the room.

Living Room:
- There are two living areas, one attached to the master room on the upper floor and the second one on the ground floor.
- The upper floor has its own living area with a 4-seater sofa, AC, and TV with cable for you to enjoy your own space.
- The living room on the ground floor has a TV, and a 5-seater sofa and opens up to a patio where you can enjoy board games or work with a lake view.

Kitchen & Dining:
- Dine with a scenic view of the lake from the outdoor ground-level patio.
- The kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests.
- A refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, purified drinking water, and gas is available.
- Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.

In-house food:
-We hire a cook who makes fresh Maharashtrian-style homemade veg and non-veg food upon prior request of 24 hrs.
- Price for all meals - Lunch, Hi-tea snacks, and dinner: Rs. 1200 per head for non-veg (chicken only) and Rs. 1000 per head for veg.
- Morning breakfast is complimentary.
- Veg meal consists of two sabjis, dal, rice, chapati, salad
- Chicken meal consists of a sukkha and gravy preparation with rice, chapati, and salad.
- You can customise the preparation style and choice of vegetables for each meal. Please note cooks can prepare only homemade style food and not Punjabi/Chinese/continental etc.
**All meal orders must be made 24 hrs in advance. Last-minute food arrangements are not possible.**

During your stay:
- Enjoy a splendid view of the lake from the upper room with large windows and a french door opening to a private balcony.
- The lake view lawn area is equipped with garden benches for seating up to 10 guests.
- The private upper-level balcony is great for morning breakfast or yoga at sunrise.
- Guests can walk to the lake to catch the breathtaking sunset or sunrise.
- Self-catered BBQ and bonfire can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY.
- X-thrill Adventure, just 1 km away from the house, has a wide range of adventure activities for all the adrenaline junkies.
- Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay.
