- The upper floor is a suite-style bedroom with a queen bed, and large french windows opening up to a gorgeous view of the lake and sunrise. It has an en suite modern bathroom.
- The ground-level bedroom is a compact room with AC, a double bed, wardrobe, lake view, and a bathroom just outside the room.
- There are two living areas, one attached to the master room on the upper floor and the second one on the ground floor.
- The upper floor has its own living area with a 4-seater sofa, AC, and TV with cable for you to enjoy your own space.
- The living room on the ground floor has a TV, and a 5-seater sofa and opens up to a patio where you can enjoy board games or work with a lake view.
- Dine with a scenic view of the lake from the outdoor ground-level patio.
- The kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests.
- A refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, purified drinking water, and gas is available.
- Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
- Enjoy a splendid view of the lake from the upper room with large windows and a french door opening to a private balcony.
- The lake view lawn area is equipped with garden benches for seating up to 10 guests.
- The private upper-level balcony is great for morning breakfast or yoga at sunrise.
- Guests can walk to the lake to catch the breathtaking sunset or sunrise.
- Self-catered BBQ and bonfire can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY.
- Xthrill Adventure, just 1 km away from the house, has a wide range of adventure activities for all the adrenaline junkies.
- Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay.
- The house is surrounded by greenery and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside.
- Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
- As the house is located in a rural area it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is a diesel generator which will power all appliances. Genset needs a cooldown period of 30 minutes between consecutive runs. In case the generator doesn’t work, we have an inverter that will power all appliances except AC, and Fridge.
- Swimming in the dam water is prohibited as it is dangerous, even for advanced swimmers. Please refrain from swimming or entering the lake. You will solely be responsible for mishaps/ damages/ loss.
- There are no markets or shops nearby. We advise guests to carry necessary items from the city.
- Wifi provided has a 2GB daily data limit and may slow down if too many devices are connected and usage is heavy.
- The upper balcony fencing is low in height. Maintain a safe distance and take care of children around the edges. The terrace area is NOT to be accessed by guests.
