- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas to ensure comfort for everyone.
- Pets are not permitted inside the bedrooms to maintain hygiene and safety.
- The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
- Our caretaker is available on-site during the day till 10 PM to assist with meals and other needs. He stays 2 mins from the villa
- For safety, children should be supervised at all times, especially near outdoor areas.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment
- Please keep all doors and windows shut after dusk to prevent insects from entering your room.
- Guests are advised not to venture into the farm or surrounding areas after dark for safety reasons.
