- We have plenty of board games to keep adults and children entertained.
- You can drive to Mulshi dam or Lavasa city, both are 30-45 mins drive from the villa.
- Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay.
- The house is surrounded by trees and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside.
- The neighborhood fruits and vegetable farm is NOT our premises and inaccessible by our guests. Please do not try to enter as there are guard dogs in their premises.
- Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
- No lifeguard on duty. Children must be attended by elders during all times around the pool and nearby areas.
- As the house is located in city outskirts it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is an inverter backup which will power only lights and fans.
- The house is located near an industrial area. There may be occasional machinery noises around.
