Kundan Misal
A Lonavala institution near the bus stand. Misal pav — spicy sprouted lentil curry with bread — done better than anywhere else in town. The quintessential Maharashtra breakfast.

Chikki Street (Old Mumbai–Pune Highway)
Essential: the old highway is lined with chikki shops. Stop at Maganlal Chikki — the most famous — for walnut fudge, chocolate chikki and dried fruit.
Roadside Corn Stalls (Monsoon)
During monsoon, corn vendors set up along every road near Bhushi Dam and Tiger Point. Roasted corn with lemon, salt and chilli — the quintessential Lonavala monsoon experience.
