- The Wi-Fi connection offers speeds of up to 15mbps, adequate for most needs, although rare disruptions may occur due to weather or provider issues.
- The kitchen is equipped for simple tasks like making tea, coffee, or preparing baby food, but is not intended for elaborate cooking endeavors.
- Embrace the natural surroundings; however, be mindful of moths and insects common post-sunset by keeping windows and doors closed in the evenings.
- Please supervise children near the paddling pool, which is available from 9 am to 7 pm, and use water conservatively as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Electrical fluctuations are common here, especially during the monsoon. Our inverter backup ensures lights and fans will remain operational.
- Pets are cherished guests, with a pet bowl and mat provided, but we ask that they refrain from climbing on sofas and beds to maintain cleanliness.
- To preserve the vibrant interior, guests are kindly requested to use the tap outside to wash feet before entering, as the local red soil can stain.
- For the respect of our space, we ask that no footwear be worn inside the house, helping to keep the environment pristine for all to enjoy.

Additional Rules
- Valid ID proof (Aadhar, license, passport) required for all guests.
- No bachelors/stags/male-only groups.
- Enter the paddle pool only with provided small ladder; no diving/jumping.
- Strictly no pets inside paddle pool area; penalties apply for pets climbing on sofas/beds/pool area or digging in the garden.
- Outside shoes strictly prohibited.
- Smoking/Hukka usage only in designated outdoor areas.
- Kitchen use restricted to preparing tea/coffee and baby food. No elaborate cooking or frying allowed
- No unregistered/visiting guests allowed at any time.
- No loud music post 11pm to ensure a peaceful environment.
- Pool timings: 8am – 7pm for all guests.Appropriate swimwear required for pool use.
- Staff available from 9am to 10pm daily.
- No food/drinks in or around the pool; please utilize the gazebo area.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics or illegal weapons - is strictly not permitted; violations lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000 required upon arrival.
- Do not pluck flowers, fruits, vegetables, or damage plants in the garden.
- Use dustbins for tissue and sanitary products; do not flush these items in WC.
- Remember to switch off the geyser after use and maintain bathroom cleanliness.
- Venturing into the lake is prohibited due to safety concerns.
- Keep sharp objects and pets away from the pool area to avoid tearing the vinyl. If pool is damaged you will be liable for full amount of replacement as it is not repairable
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
